Default Good question!

Good question Carlos,

It could be either or it could be neither. Masonic typically has a single skull and cross bones as a guard. German military parade form may not be out of the question either as it does have a Nazi look to it, might well be something special, but I am no way an expert on WWII spear heads.

Looks like a Chinese spear head either modified from an old one for tourists, or more likely an all new creation.
