Default Dating a Wahaabi/Wahabite Jambiya

I am wondering if there is any trick to dating Wahaabi style jambiya daggers.
The only consistent characteristics I have seen with 19th century examples is all leather scabbards and a more crudely made hilt.

This one I picked up recently and suspect it is no older than the mid 20th century.

I am curious if there are specific things to look for in order to date them better.

No idea how I missed this post. Its a nice example, likely made in the 70s or earlier. Similar ones are still made but with lesser quality.
