Smile Any Idea?

Hi everyone..I acquired this tombak today. It is kinda unusual. I haven't clean it yet, still have many rust and thick oil residue between folding lines. I try to find some info from Mr Bambang "Ensiklopedi Keris" but could not find any.
Has anyone seen this type of tombak before?
Any idea about tangguh? or maybe do you think it is a recent production?
In the middle of the tombak, there are carving on 4 of the sides and it looks like those symbol in the keris greneng.
Total length of the tombak naked from end to end, approx. 47 cm.
The picture are not good, I will try to take some better one later if needed.
Any comment are welcome !!

Heavily etched spear head. Of what kind - I'll let others inform.
