My Philippines swords and my ww2 Japanese sword
My wife and I recently purchased a home where the previous owners put all their belongings into a storage building prior to moving into an assisted living home and turning the property over to their daughter. When we purchased the home the daughter had use sign papers assuming responsibility for the property remaining in the storage container. Kind of like something you would see on storage wars. It was pretty cool allot of junk but hidden in it I found an 1872 Webster's dictionary, the first coin collectors guide that was printed in 1942 and some other cool things. But the best so far was about a month ago towards the back I saw a 3" wide mini blinds box labeled swords and dug it out to find five Philippine swords and a Japanese sword. I have done a little research on a couple other forums already and the guy whom gave me the most information highly recommended this web page. So here we are, My name is Brody I live in southern Arizona. I wont post the pre-bias information I have already gathered and I understand I'll probably need to get better pictures to get the best results. I plan on keeping the Japanese sword and displaying in my home with a new handle while keeping the original on display under it. I look forward to chatting with everyone and thank you for your time.
