Default Need help for translation Syrian Jambyia

Good day Gentlemen

one of my last acquisition, a Damascus jambyia resist to my translator
I hope find some support here, to translate those two "cartouches"

inclosed a view for my "Damascus jambyia collection" and indeed the detail for the last one

Well I tried but the style of the script is totally foreign to me, I can only see a Dımışk at the end of the first script, but this you already know. Sorry.
