Default A couple of unknown weapons

Hi all,
I hope I got this in the correct section. Brought into a gun show by an elderly gentleman and he stated they were from his late uncles estate. He had been a geologist for a oil company 30-40+ years ago. Anyone know what they are? Sorry about the bad pics as I only had a couple of minutes to take them.

The first one is a kerambit. Weapon from Indonesia and still made and used to practice in Pencak Silat.
Second knife looks African to me. Age of 30 to 40 years is probably right.

Henk,

Thank you very much! I know a lot about US, European and some Japanese but am way out of my league in almost anything else.

Terry,

You're welcome. Maybe one of the african collectors can tell you more about the second knife.
