Default Keris and politics

Dear friends
I am in the process of compiling data and photos for an essay on the keris and its role in contemporary (20th century) Malaysian and Indonesian politics. If there is anyone out there who has any interesting stories/photos relevant to the subject, would they be kind enough to forward them to me?

Thumbs up A legitimate topic, but possibly contentious ...

I have locked the thread simply to assure that people abide by FarishAhmadNoor's request that information be forewarded to him (i.e., not posted). I see nothing wrong with the request itself, but I'm afraid that if people start replying to each other, rather than to the thread starter, arguments might get started.

I hope you all understand.
