Hi Erlikhan,
Here is the transcription. My interpretation of the number 97 in the middle is that it is the number of the Janissary regiment which Salih/Salah Ağa was a member. This is of course only my opinion, alternatives are also possible.

No,
Dom's reading is correct. But from the earlier examples I saw, the number next to an owner usually refers to the janissary regiment that the owner was a member. His military title as Ağa also refers to this connection.
