Default Arabic translation assistance please

I believe the two inscriptions are quite similar if not the same inscription and either in Arabic or Farsi. Any translation help is appreciated.

refering to my favorite translator my sweet wife
- both sentences r the same
- it's not arabic language, even if it's arabic alphabet, may be it's Farsi
- begining of the sentence ??? coze my wife dunno Farsi
- end of sentence (last third) "Imam El Hassan" (name of a religious dignitary, may be the sword's owner)
legible as well as in arabic or in farsi ,
titles and names are common to both civilizations
