Default Angilitra and angustana

Hello! I found in one russian book about weapons two unknown thing:
Angilitra — indian combat thimble.
Angustana — ring of indian bowmen.
I don't found other information about this "weapons", and so I ask for your help. Maybe name of this indian things have a mistake, because this book have many other mistakes in names of weapons.
