Default Small(ish) Khukuri with round guard.

Just bought this one from an antiques dealer in Spain. It wanted to come home with me. Unusual in that it has a circular steel guard disk that looks fairly substantial. Binding near scabbard mouth appears to be a leather thong. and there appears to be a crack in it that will need addressing.

Vendor Description:
Nepalese traditional knife, not a piece for tourists, very sharp quality blade, wooden sheath with fine artisan engravings

LOA: 30 blade:22cm.

Nice knife, I think. I have a relative of this one. Although quite a bit larger. I've always considered it very well made and for real use.

Cool, Really like that one. I have a slightly smaller version I call my Nepali Bowie.
Not everything in Nepal is a Khukuri.

Nice one, I saw it too.
Don't know much about them, but I like the disc/guard.
