Seems to me just a variation of a Naga dao, as mentioned above.

Yes. Nice Naga Dao. Probably Konyak. I used to own one just like it, but it had a little red hair on the handle. Here is a picture from; The Nagas, Hill People of Notheast India, by Julian Jacobs. The book says it is indeed Konyak, Punkhung village.
