What the hell is that axe?

?????

Seems like tibetan piece, certainly not turkish.

Axes of this type, many with old, reworked heads, are currently being made in Pakistan by Turkmen refugees. They are based upon the Bukharan balta but are of poor workmanship.

I was wondering about this myself. Seemed to be of lower quality and brass I associate with a later period with this type of workmanship. Yeah, not turkish, but the pictures are of even worse quality.
