Default Any idea about this dagger and marks?

I just to buy this dagger, the marks were in the some place of holes...
Handle is horno.
Any idea about marks or dagger?
Pictures are from seller.

How long is this blade? Do you think it has anything to do the Philipine colonies, though it does have scale handles by the look of things? I rotated the pictures so that the remnant marks are more visible. It looks like it could be T H to me.

It does appear to have been in its present configuration to have a replacement rivet and worm damage.

Blade measure 13.77 inches and handle 4 inches.

i just received dagger. I have take new photos and I have Discover 3 holes in guard.
The dagger is for use, strong, not for tourist.
