Thanks Lee, and everyone who contributes here to make this forum the place that it is. It has been a very rewarding experience for me which has changed my life...and enticed me to drain my savings account in the persuit of knowledge and new collectables. I could never have come this far in my studies without the infomation i have discovered here and the connections and links it has led me to. Thank you ever so much!

New Year's Resolution
Thank you all. Andrew had pointed out to me that our very earliest forum posts, from the wwwboard era, are not presently available. Some time ago, someone hacked into that directory to place links to pornographic material and had damaged the directory structure in their assault. I was, however, able to lock the directory and referred the situation to our service provider, not wishing to change anything until they could investigate the security failure. I just never got back around to doing the repair and reopening this part of the archives.
The machine with which I manage the website is presently down with a dead power supply. A new one is on order and I expect to restore access to that part of the website soon. So much of the 'static' part of the site so represents web design of 1997 and the 28K modem era. Small pictures and lots of annoying little pages. For 2007, I hope to go back and begin updating and expanding the static website. |
