Smile A nice Paiwan knife at auctions

Hello,

I just noticed that the Zemanek Munster auction house in Germany is organizing on Sept. 17 a sale including a Paiwan knife (lot 34).

This is a very nice Paiwan ceremonial knife, and the proposed price is low. I won't bid on it as I 'm planning to buy other Taiwan aboriginal stuff soon. So I wish good luck to the fellow members of this forum that could be interested!

Best regards

Nicolas

Default

I just checked on the Zemanek website, and this Paiwan knife was sold for 1000 euros.

Now, I regret not bidding myself as the market price for this kind of knife is usually higher.

Congratulations to the happy new owner. I don't know if he is a member of this forum, but he made a fantastic bargain!

Cheers,

Nicolas
