Hi l'audois,
As you can see from the thread about my new Kindjal, many of the collectors of these interesting weapons seem to be 'away' at the moment.

I'm sorry I can't be much help with your nice Kindjal dagger.
I'll share my thoughts, few as they are.
The etched decoration in the fullers is nice. Overall the quality of the entire piece seems to indicate a good functional dagger. The belt hook on the scabbard and the general look of the piece makes me think that it might date to around 1920-1940.
The roundal decoration on the hilt, I'm sure will help a more knowledgeable member pin its origin.

A nice piece. It would sit well next to my latest acquisition

Regards
Gene
