Default Help needed to attribute Panabas

Folks,
Need your help to date this Panabas.
My guess is that it is quite new ( <20 yars old). The owner thinks it is 100-150 years old.
Which one of us is right?
Thanks in advance.

Hard to tell much from the pictures, but I would guess relatively recent - the sudden angle of the blade and the engravings suggest to me it is of recent recent manufacture for the market.
