Default Sikin panjang scabbard / cut down

Recently purchased an odd small scabbard with no knife.
Pictures where not very good so I was presently surprised finding these extreme fine carvings on what seems to be the lower part of a Sikin scabbard.

So just for fun and sharing some pictures.

Does anyone have a small cut down Sikin ?

hi willem,

there's going to be an auction at hessink's with several sikim and rentjong without scabbards, perhaps you can cut one down yourself (of course this is a joke...) also some nice european weapons. the indonesian stuff is not very spectacular, only two or three nicer swords. parang latok without scabbard and a sikim with ivory sheathmouth. http://www.hessink.nl/ catalogue "wodan"

greetings Ron
