Default Translation assistance on Arabic Saif

Here is an Arabic Saif with an inscription on the upper scabbard mount. Can anyone translate it? Many thanks in advance!

Alex, Dude, I agree they sure are making some sweet swords in Taiwan!

As requested, here are some additional pics of the sword. The blade is wootz and it has some interesting features including a U-turn fuller, 3 dimples on each side and a yelman.
