Hey guys (sikin pasangan....)
Hi to all of you, dear friends!!! I'm returned to home.... well the excavations were nice but in Calabria I wasn't able to find nothing of sharp and made of steel.... Fortunately there are some friends in Holland that sell to me some nice pieces... Here is the first: a nice sikin pasangan all comments are welcome and.... it's nice to meet you again, I missed you

Thanks David unfurtunately for my pockets I like too many kind of weapons (kris, sikin, arm daggers, golok)......
I think that the scabbard is original but it's possible that the mouth piece is a replecement. What I really like is the handle and the decorations on it Flavio |

Thank you Bill, Lou and Jose!!
Lou, we have found many arrow heads in obsidian, I hoped to find also some bronze objects since the village is dated to the early bronze age, but we wasn't so lucky |

Welcome back Flavio!
Nice sword with a beautiful hilt. I also suspect that the scabbard is later than the blade and hilt. Michael |

Thank you Michael. Yes maybe as you and David say the scabbard is not original to the sword. Soon, pics of another sikin

As suggested by some members the scabbard is a later replacement. But a well carved one. Nice piece.

Thank you Henk Well I had taken a better look at the scabbard... Maybe the scabbard it's not original to the sikn but anyway has some age since there are several craks and some pieces are lost... The mouth piece it's instead a new replecement quite well carved even if not a masterpiece Thank you guys
