Thanks for the info.
Salampasu is just not the first word that came to my mind. With this word and some googling I notice that these swords are amazingly uniform in size, form and decoration. The tails appeear to be very original to the word. In fact these are 3 tails. The black one appears to be an actual complete tail (skin without the bone) The brown ones I am not sure, maybe they ar put together by strips of fur. Did they (the Salampasu, is it the tribes name) make shields too? |
