Default Aceh Peudeueng/Those in favour of restoration...

I recently had the opportunity to buy a beatiful Peudeueng from Aceh.
(Thanks Freddy )

The hilt was damaged, and than the dillema starts.
Restore / not restore / how when.

Well, this one was easy.
Restoration parts are loose and can easily be removed when needed.
However on the wall it gives a proper display as the hilt has more or less its original form.

Ps. This is not to start a new thread on restoration there seem to be enough threads on that item.
