some information..It looks like an Indian spearhead.
do you know how to date it? can anyone tell me something?

India not an area I know much about but this piece appears to be made from cast iron not the best material for a weapon so I suggest it might be from some kind of ceremonial pole arm. It could be a rather grand finial from the afore mentioned, or gate railing or post. Cast iron is rather brittle for weapons.

Cast iron Indian gate finials are called Bhala. Lots of designs can be Googled. Yours seems to have a military flare like could be found on a military installation.
