This looks like a very elaborated form of Pedang Cagak.

While I admire the scabbard and the hilt and guard, they look way more elaborate than anything I have ever seen and also a little bit too pristine.

The pommel and guard are heavily influenced by Dutch infantry sabres (M1912?)

Based on these examples, could we call these "parade/cermonial swords" for high ranking military officers during the Dutch Colonial period (19th C)?
