Default Sword bayonet

Picked this up today. It had been in someone's attic for 40 years, along with some krisses and a few rotten hunting rifles. It's a sword bayonet that reminds me from a distance of a Bruswick rifle bayonet. I know the Dutch army used something similar, but they all come without a handguard. As far as I can see, it's not numbered or marked anywhere. Given the condition of the bayonet and scabbard, it seems original to me. Who knows what it is? Could it be military or maybe used in hunting? Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Reminds me more of a Baker Rifle bayonet. There were a number of incarnations of this bayonet, if memory serves, including one from India maybe the E.I.C. Hope this helps a bit.
Regards,
Norman.
