Default A saddle axe in relic condition. Ottoman or indian?

This saddle axe is not in the best condition, but its is a nice wall hanger. Lenght is 78cm. Im thinking it is 19th century ottoman, what do you think?

I've been waiting for the experts to comment on your interesting axe, as I'm very curious about it as well.
In the meantime, I'll make my "non-expert," observations.
I believe that the axehead was originally Indian, probably 18th Century. I don't believe that the spike, haft, and hardware are original to it and were probably added on later by whoever appropriated it, such as possibly Afghanis or Pakistanis, etc.

I also wouldn't rule out East Turkistan origins.
