Default Talsimanic numerals on Penisular kerises (keris abjad)

Dear collectors,

Anyone familiar with talismanic numerals on Peninsular kerises. I believe they are called keris abjad.

What do these talismanic numerals mean?

From my understanding Alexis, talismanic numerals placed in this context are usually pretty personal. I don't think anyone could tell you exactly what any of this means beyond the original owners and perhaps the person who inscribed them. But letters and words can also be ascribed numerical value in certain alphabets and these arrangements of numbers become a code. I would not be surprised if many of these relate to passages in the Koran intended to have some great magical value in their inscription.
If you are planning on having your Madura pandai whip up some new versions of these i would think twice.
