Default Tulwar for comments

Bought a collection of mostly Indonesian weapons but there were some items from other regions that I liked and also purchased - but without any knowledge on them.

Here a complete Tulwar.
Seems the handle has had inlaid silver.
Blade seems a good quality - cannot see if it is wootz - has been sharpened a few times I think. No signatures visible.
Sheath is simple but in reasonable condition.

What region/period are we looking at? All input more than welcome!

Kind regards, Erik
