Hello,
I wonder if anybody can tell me anything about this piece. There are holes where I assume a method of suspension would have been. The script may be incorrectly positioned in photo unfortunately not something I am familiar with. Regards, Norman. |

Your horn maybe Sudanese it seems very well made so it may Arabian. here is a pic of Manding powder horn from my collection notice there is an leather overlay that the suspensions are attached to. Lew |

It doesn't look like any of those so not North African? Arabic script ,I think, that would still cover a lot of locations, more ideas welcome.
