Default Request for translation

A friend of mine has this planar Solo handle with an inscription and asked me for help to translate it. But I can't! So I'll try it here, is someone able to translate the inscription?

Thank you in advance!

Hello,

It's strange, it looks like old Javanese but only the second, fourth and fifth letters seem to be letters from old Javanese script.

I can read :
? / ꦏ ka or ꦏꦸ ku (= ꦏ ka +ꦸ u ?) / ? / ꦭ ꦴ lā (= ꦭ la + ꦴ ā)

But this is just an attempt at recognizing signs from the Javanese script wikipedia page.
