Default A French powder horn for comments

A very French mid 19th century example. What is not (so much) common is the spout; swinging by a quarter turn, for both filling and pouring. With a glass window in both sides so that you can watch what is going on. The dosing regulator a bit stuck and the spring that holds on to both positions missing, a common problem with this model.
