I have had a quick look on the internet for arab stirrups.
The ones I have seem to be a bit more "luxury" than most.

The hanging part is a bit more decorated.
Also the corner parts do not seem to be standard.
And of course the inlay which to me seems quite simple but well done.

However this does not date them for me nor places them in a specific region yet.
