Too bad... the package did not arrive today. So I will have to wait till monday. It was brought back by someone who worked in Indonesia in the 1920's - 1930's. I am also quite curious about the hilt. Looks pretty strange to me. as if it has been painted with red and gold paint Best regards, Willem |

Not to sure about the selut either...
I am busy cleaning the blade and thinking about another selut because this one is really below any quality. Hilt is nice . carved and painted in red and gold. a bit weird but seems genuine. Will post some pics when the blade is cleaned. |
