Default I. D. Help Needed.

Hi Guys,
I am tempted to buy this item but am unsure. Can anyone hazard an educated guess as to origin and age. I only have the sellers photos which are not great but any help would be appreciated. The only other info I have is that it is 24 inches overall.
Regards, Norman.

Hi Norman

Use the search function with "Trabzon". These knifes have been discussed before.

All the best
Jeff

Thanks for the info guys. Being a bit of a novice when it comes to some aspects of Ethnographic pointy things, and I know price is a bit of a taboo, but if I paid in the region of 250 USD incl P&P would I be in the ball park as to a fair price, I can't find one on the net to compare.
Regards,
Norman.
P.S. If nobody is willing to stick their neck out I will understand.

As advised a P.M. would be great if someone would care to stick their toe in the water. I'm looking for an approximate generic value of similar items and not a value on this individual item.
Regards,
Norman.
