From this last group of photos it would seem that this Madura village is focussing on producing Bali style keris.
 And i would have to see a closer picture, but you may have just solved the origin of this hilt of mine: http://www.vikingsword.com/vb/showthread.php?t=5849 Your second grouping, 4th from the left, looks like a dead ringer.
