My real concern about this situation is the fact that eBay have not acted on the information. The 'ideal' that eBay promote ...is a 'safe' and friendly trading environment.

It seems to me that profit is more important to eBay ....the 'safety' of power sellers secondary and then ....finally ....the 'safety' of buyers.

As far as I'm concerned, if eBay do not take steps to prevent fraudulent sellers ( and buyers) from trading , the situation will get worse ....as more and more unscrupulous sellers see the 'laxness' of eBays policies.

eBay has to realise that the BUYERS drive the market, afterall no buyers, no profit. Its hardly rocket science......
