Needs some restoration, but it looks like a nice, substantial blade. I like the deep carving of the ricikan. The missing piece seems to be part of the pelet "veneer", not the actual structure of the sheath. I would think it would be a difficult part to replace, but the sarung looks otherwise intact. I don't think there are any distinguishing features that will determine whether this one is Bali or Lombok.
Looks like you found a sleeper at a good price.
