Hello, Thanks a lot Battara for your message;

I’m attaching two photos of the pommel and the scabbard mount taken before cleaning.
As often, I may have cleaned everything a bit too thoroughly. 😅
Still, I think it will get a patina again quickly.
I’ve also included a photo of the side of an oriental dagger hilt featuring a +/- similar pattern. In that case, however, the work was done directly on silver.

I’ll discuss it with him, but if he offers a fair price, I’d be happy to keep it.😁
