W!And all of that inlay is intact! The hilt is suassa overlay on copper in between woven silver bands. I would say that either the some of the silver inlay is tarnished or it was mixed with a little copper to make the silver go further. The okir/ukkil on the blade is typical Sulu and Maguindanao designs. I would also say that this is a Maguindanao kris. Congratulations - best of this type I've seen in years! |
