With respect a dibber/dibbler really should have a round profile because it makes a hole for seeds or seedlings

Very true Dr.
I grew up with dibble sticks. I made the holes, Dad put in the seeds. But this thing does look like a tool that could be used to cut turf, either squares out of, or along the edges to keep neat. |
