Default turkish helmet on ebay

Well, expensive for being made for thoose who travel for pleasure...

Has anyone a different opionion?

Tricksie high humour indeed... that's a late 19th century ricebowl cover from the Khanates. I should like very much to see the new owner sport it.

I've been watching that helmet since it came up. I thought that since it's copper it might be a tombak helmet. Although I do have a photo of an almost identical helmet somewhere with a mail aventail attached.
