As I understand it, Dzeferdar means to be "decorated, bejeweled, etc" and in the photo GP posted, the gun is labeled as "Čibuklija" which to my understanding is essentially an undecorated Dzeferdar, gun made more closely to the Italian guns that were early imports to the region.
The Turkish lock and trigger threw me off |
