there is a similarity with these blades, (the photo is taken here from previous topics), the spread in time, of course, but ... please help with the attribution of the sword.

in addition to the previous photos ,,

found old photos, still the previous owner, they, it seems to me, better convey the essence of the subject,. my photos taken on the phone are not very good of course.

Just wondered why the chunk of blade missing in the first images posted wasn't missing in the second set of images posted. Look carefully and make up your own mind.

Default Benefit of the doubt ...

As if the blade underwent a rough cleaning session and the previous dent/s has/have augmented to a larger portion; maybe even with the owner's help.
Would this be a plausible inference Raf ?

good day ,
I got the sword in the same form as in the last photos on a red background,
the previous owner simply repaired the large potholes with a "cold weld" trowel. I do not like such restoration, I like to perceive the object as it is, I removed all the finishing touches; potholes do not spoil it in my opinion.

yes, the wound is serious, and I am glad that I removed the putty, there was a loose substance under it, but in the core it was about 5 mm thick at the site of the cleavage and therefore the sword is strong and still serious

Fernando thank you for your help and support,

the subject is rather difficult to determine, of course, I conducted some research according to the circumstances and place of its discovery, with a high probability, it may have been lost in the winter of 1456 (due to events at the place of its discovery) .. but I wanted to clarify;
the blade seems to be a type XIII according to Oakeshott,
garda style 5,
pommel type VI.
(Is Oakeshott possible Italian?)
is the subject as a whole likely to be attributed to the late 14th and early 15th centuries?
with respect

This sword doesn't look like an honest period piece to me.

I miss any „lines“ in the steel/corrosion due to a laminated steel.

Best Thomas
