This is Ottoman work. The barrel is dated 1177 a.h. (1763/4 c.e.) and bears the names of the maker and owner; these could be read if the pic was clearer. Lock is of an age with the barrel give or take a few decades. Stock is Ottoman provinces, first or second quarter of the 20th century.
