Hi Kubur!!!

I think you are right and It is an Ottoman cartridge case that existed throughout the Ottoman Empire
I can not understand the reason why the publication has moved since many such cases have been published...
Searching on the internet i found some similar examples, but they were made of silver and beautiful Ottoman symbols.
I will assume that this is a sample of the beginning of the 19th century, and it accepted munitions as you said and the same with classic metal palaska.
