Hello Cakszz,

I have a copy of "Ngaju-dayak dierverhalen, 1988 / isbn 90 6765 239 3

The stories where written down by M. Saha, who was born in 1931, and translated in dutch by 2 dutch docters who worked in the Ngaju region between 1949 and 1959.

The stories are in dutch and Nagju.
Here is the first one:
Can you confirm if this is the same ngaju language as you speak ?

Best regards,
Willem

The #1 must reading IMHO is Ngaju Religion: The Conception of God Among a South Borneo People by Schärer.
Two other interesting books, both by Klokke, are Fishing, Hunting and Headhunting in the Former Culture of the Ngaju Dayak in Central Kalimantan and the quite newly published picture book Langs de rivieren van Midden-Kalimantan: Cultureel erfgoed van Ngaju en Ot Danum dayak.

Happy reading!
