Hi Martin,
Great points and that was more or less what I was trying to express although perhaps it wasn't entirely clear. I didn't see a reason why this dagger couldn't be owned by a Tuareg, but I don't think the design makes it exclusively Tuareg. Hence I am not sure it should be called a Tuareg specific pattern, or simply of a pattern common to that area. Cheers, Iain |
