I did wonder whether mine was Ashanti .....but they tend to have spike butts. Thanks Tim, I'm quite pleased with it. I love the 'wear' on the animal skin covering....which is worn through to the shaft where the thumb would be placed. A real 'user' that has been 'used'

no, unfortunately I do not have "Waffen aus Zentral-Africa"

....an excellent reference.......but expensive. When finances allow I will get a copy......trouble is, sharp, pointy things keep saying to me "buy me" ....
