I spend most of my spare time playing with keris.

I'm either restoring some item of dress, or repairing or staining blades. This has been my hobby all my life; when I'm not doing income producing work, or pulling a trigger, I'm playing with keris and other edged weaponry.

Obviously I must have developed some pretty high tech working methods and equipment by now, since I've been at this game for so long, so, prompted by some of the photos posted by other people of their beautifully presented equipment and working situations, I thought I'd share photos of my own extremely high tech equipment and workshop.

Here are photos of my blade staining equipment in its immaculate storage facility, my state-of-the-art blade staining equipment, and my immaculate and technologically advanced workshop. The cloudless blue sky is perhaps the most important single contributor to excellence in a blade stain.
